The 50 cl bottles are the perfect size to keep in my gym bag, and I actually finish one instead of wasting half. After leg day these go down easy and I feel less wrecked the next morning. The 12-pack means I'm not constantly restocking.
These bottles go straight into my gym bag after a session, and the 50cl size is enough to actually feel hydrated without chugging the whole thing. The 12-pack has lasted me a few weeks of regular training, which makes the cost per drink feel reasonable.
The 12-pack of 50cl bottles is perfect for my gym bag, and I’ve actually noticed I feel less sore the morning after a tough session. The flat, light taste makes it easy to down right after training without that heavy, sugary feeling. I’ve already ordered another case.
