Been using this after my evening runs and it actually tastes like real orange instead of that fake sweet stuff. No sugar means I don't get that heavy feeling mid-workout, and the 12-pack lasts me about two weeks. Electrolytes seem to do the job too, no more cramping on longer sessions.
After two weeks of daily gym sessions, these have become my go-to for rehydrating without the sugar crash I used to get. The 50cl bottles are the perfect size for my water bottle holder, and I actually like that the orange flavor is light rather than syrupy.
The 50cl bottles are perfect for throwing in my gym bag, and this sugar-free version doesn’t leave that thick, sticky coat in my mouth like the regular one does. I’ve been reaching for one after my evening runs and the orange flavor is just the right amount of refreshing without any of the sweetness
