The 50cl bottles fit perfectly in my gym bag side pocket, so I can grab one right as I hit my last set. Electrolyte replenishment is exactly what I need on those long summer runs, and this pack lasted me a solid two weeks of training.
These 50cl bottles are a solid size to throw in my gym bag without taking up too much room, and the flavor keeps me going through the second half of my runs. The pack of 12 lasts me a good few weeks of training sessions, and I’ve already ordered another one.
The electrolyte mix actually works — I finished a two-hour run and didn’t feel that heavy, crampy tiredness I usually get. Having twelve 50cl bottles means I can grab one without thinking, and they fit fine in my gym bag’s side pocket.
