Propud Shake Applepie 8x330ml

The apple pie flavor actually tastes like cinnamon and baked apple rather than fake sweetness, which surprised me. The 330ml cans are a good size for my bag, and having 8 in one pack means I don't run out midweek.

I've been grabbing one of these after workouts and the apple pie flavor is surprisingly close to the real thing. The 330ml can is just the right size to finish without feeling bloated.

The 8-pack is perfect for keeping in the fridge at work, and the apple pie flavor doesn't taste artificial like I feared. It's smooth, not chalky, and the 330ml can is just the right size after a workout.
