I grabbed a pack of these before my morning workouts and the 50cl size lasts me through an entire session without needing a refill. The flavor is light enough that it doesn't feel syrupy, which is exactly what I wanted from a functional drink.
The 50cl bottles are the perfect size for my gym bag, and the pack of 12 lasts me a couple weeks. It actually refreshes without that syrupy feeling other energy drinks leave behind.
I’ve been reaching for these after my afternoon workouts and the 50cl bottles are just right for a long, slow sip rather than a quick chug. The pack of twelve has lasted me a solid two weeks, which makes the cost per bottle feel reasonable. It’s become a steady part of my fridge routine now.
