Barebells ميلك شيك كافيه كاراميلو 8 × 330 مل

I keep a bottle of this in the fridge for my afternoon slump, and it actually tastes like a dessert rather than a protein drink. The coffee note comes through without being bitter, and 330ml is just enough to feel like a treat. Eight bottles went faster than I expected.

The caramel and coffee combo in these is genuinely smooth, not that fake syrupy taste I was bracing for. I keep a couple in the fridge at work and they hold me over between lunch and dinner way better than a regular soda. Eight bottles at 330ml each goes faster than I'd like, honestly.

The coffee-caramel flavor works better than I expected for a protein shake, and the 330ml bottle is a good size after a workout. Only gripe is the sweetness gets a bit much if I drink one every day, so I've cut back to a few a week.
